American Herbalists Guild
The American Herbalists Guild was founded in 1989 as a non-profit, educational organization to represent the goals and voices of herbalists specializing in the medicinal use of plants. Our primary goal is to promote a high level of professionalism and education in the study and practice of therapeutic herbalism.
California School for Traditional Hispanic Herbalism
The California School of Traditional Hispanic Herbalism officially opened its doors in January of 1998, to teach and preserve the healing traditions of the Hispanic curanderos and curanderas (folk healers) of California. Although primarily offering classes in herbalism, the school also stresses an understanding of curanderismo, the healing techniques and philosophies of Native-Hispanic California.
Dance of Qigong
Denise Aubin has been a teacher and healer for more than 25 years. She received her degree from the International Institute of Medical Qigong and is a certified Medical Qigong Therapist. Denise has a private practice in Marin, and leads classes in Qigong at College of Marin and other venues in the County.
Ohlone Center of Herbal Studies
Established in 1995, the Ohlone Center of Herbal Studies is a leading educational and clinical center for sustainable systems of Western herbal-based healing. Based in Berkeley, California, the Center offers the most comprehensive, integrated education in Western herbal medicine and practice, and is one of very few schools nationwide with clinical internships in Western herbalism.

A non-profit organization created by Rosemary Gladstar whose mission is to protect native medicinal plants of the United States and Canada and their native habitat while ensuring an abundant renewable supply of medicinal plants for generations to come.
